Bookings & deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your journey. Full balance is due 60 days before departure, or at the time of booking for trips within 60 days.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 60 days out forfeit only the deposit. Within 60 days, the full balance is non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Force majeure
If a journey cannot run due to weather, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will rebook to a future date or refund the recoverable portion of your trip cost.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for valid travel documents, required vaccinations, and adequate travel insurance. We'll help you understand what's needed; we cannot make the arrangements on your behalf.
